1) What are your delivery schedules?
We deliver from Tuesday - Sunday or otherwise stated.

3)Â What are the charges and conditions?

a) *For Normal Delivery – 3 business day

From 6 January 2022 onwards:
- $80 and above :  free delivery for one location.
-Â Below $80Â Â Â Â : $10 for one location

*For two or more locations
Addition charge of $10 to $15 for each additional location.
**Please indicate your additional location(s) at the notes’ section when you check out.
We will liaise with you on the additional payment.

4) How you ensure freshness of your fruits?
Our fruits are kept at optimum temperature in our chilled room to ensure freshness.

5)Â What if your fruits arrived damaged/not fresh/spoilt?
Just let us know within 24 hours and we will provide exchange or vouchers accordingly. But rest assured, all our fruits are carefully inspected before packaging.

6) What if I want to make changes to my order?
You can drop us a WhatsApp at 8282 3782 or email us at eatfreshsg@gmail.com at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time to amend your order. We will try our best to work something out for you.

7)Â Why your prices differ at times?
Product prices varies according to prevailing market rates, product size and country of origin.

8) What are the different modes of payment?
You can make your payments online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay or manual online payment to EAT FRESH PTE. LTD. via Paynow (UEN 202008611K) or via Bank Transfer to UOB Current Account: 3603178198.
