Grouper is an excellent choice of fish for those who enjoy mild-tasting fish that’s moist and buttery. It’s
relatively high oil content makes it a simple fish to avoid overcooking. Compared to Red Grouper, Black
Grouper tend to be a bit firmer. Most cooking methods are suitable for this fish. It’s mild-tasting flavour is a
blank canvas that allows creative pairing of ingredients and cooking methods. For a healthier version,
baking, as compared to grilling, prevents the loss of Omega 3 fatty acids.
