Pomegranate seeds might be small, but they pack a punch!
One cup contains seven grams of fibre and three grams of protein. Pomegranates are also loaded with vitamin C, K and potassium. The super fruit has potent anti-inflammatory effects as well. Best enjoyed fresh, or topped on salads.
Tip: Roll your pomegranate before slicing to loosen the seeds. Slice the middle of the pomegranate and tear it open into halves.
